This plan offers your tires added protection against unexpected road hazards not covered by most tire manufacturer warranties.
Road hazard damage such as potholes nails or run flat conditions will be either repaired or replaced on a prorated basis. If it is determined by us that the damage is repairable, the repair will be done at no charge to the customer. If the damage is not repairable, we will replace the tire wit a new tire of like kind or quality on a prorated basis. The prorated price will be calculated by multiplying the current retail price by the percentage of original usable tread which has been worn.
This warranty does not cover the cost of mounting and balancing. This plan excludes leaks or malfunctions in the TPMS, damage caused by fire, theft, vandalism, accident damage, abuse, racing, or off-road use.
